Experienced, Wise and Mature Advisors

We believe in the value of senior elders who are full of wisdom and experience in their God given calls. BICP therefore has an Advisory Council to support the core leaders.

This honorary group includes senior apostles as well as prophets who generously make themselves available to give counsel and advice as required but are not required to attend BICP meetings.

We trust that the inclusion of senior apostles in the Advisory Council will further strengthen the bonds of relationship and communication between apostles and prophets in the British Isles.

Meet the Advisory Council

Julie Anderson

Julie Anderson

Advisory Council Member

Julie was born in Norfolk, England. Living in London in the sixties, Julie’s employment in the media brought her amongst the heart of the music business working for Beatles Manager Brian Epstein – and subsequently as Personal Assistant to Simon Dee, working on “Dee Time” – The BBC’s #1 chat show at the time. Married to John Walker of Walker Brothers fame, she experienced a supernatural encounter whilst living with the Rolling Stones in the south of France in the early 70’s, and her heart was turned. She’s authored a book “Rehearsal: Supernatural encounters with Rock ‘n’ Roll Legends” to testify of her experiences. Julie carries an anointing for God’s great plan He has prepared and fashioned for the redemption of the sounds of the sixties, as we all become worshipping warriors.

Advisory Council Member

Rachel has been married to Gordon since 1981, and they have 2 married children and 5 grandchildren. Their daughter Nicola is married to Tim Douglass and they pastor a Hillsong Church in Melbourne, Australia, while their son, David, is married to Jenny and lives in Peterborough, UK, where they are part of KingsGate Church. Rachel is a daughter of missionaries, Alan and Eileen Vincent, and lived in India for 16 years as a child.

At the age of 24 Rachel, with her husband Gordon, worked alongside Reinhard Bonnke and the Christ for All Nations team in Africa. In Zimbabwe she almost lost her life in a horrific car accident, but was miraculously healed by God. After returning from Africa in 1990, Rachel and her husband, Gordon, pastored a group of four churches in Hertfordshire and it was during this time that that they established Heartcry Ministries with the call to train and equip people to be released into effective prayer and missions for their communities, cities and nations.

Rachel and Gordon moved to Oxford in May 2005, where Gordon was the Associate Minister at St Aldates until Dec 2010. Rachel and Gordon still live in Oxford, an incredible student city which has seen many great men of God like C.S.Lewis, John and Charles Wesley birthed.

Rachel travels internationally, visiting Europe, North America, Africa and India. Invitations come from various denominational backgrounds where a passion for unity has brought the churches together to pray for a move of God in their area. Rachel and Gordon have a passion to see cities transformed through the power of prayer and evangelism.

Rachel is the author of 8 books: Supernatural Communication – The Privilege of Prayer, Supernatural Breakthrough – The Heartcry for Change, published by New Wine Ministries. Stepping Stones to Freedom, Pathway of Peace, Run Your Race and Eat the Word, Speak the Word all published by Lion Hudson with study guides to accompany the teaching books too.  Her most recent books are I Love Prayer and Release My Frozen Assets published by Heartcry for Change.

Tim Eldridge

Advisory Council Member

Tim Eldridge had encounters with God at an early age and he gave his life to Christ at the age of 6. He began editing a Christian magazine at the age of 12 and leading the children in his church at 15. In 1982 he moved to Yorkshire to serve as an administrator in an international ministry. He married Sue in 1986 and they immediately took on various leadership roles in the church, culminating in planting a new church for 3 years and then taking the lead role in a church in Harrogate for 19 years. Tim used to chair the Northern Leaders Summit, has sat on many apostolic roundtables and was one of the first leaders for Global Legacy in Europe (Bethel Church’s relational network).  Tim & Sue are part of Bill Johnson’s apostolic gathering (a group of 20 couples from around the world).

Through clear prophetic words Tim & Sue transitioned from leading the local church to birthing Presence Ministries International – an itinerant ministry helping leaders to build church, advance the Kingdom and mentoring a new generation of leaders. They are Directors of the European Leaders Alliance conference, and co-leaders of the Kingdom Connections Team. Tim also chairs the “Europe Shall Be Saved” (ESBS) UK Roundtable – a coalition of ministries with a passion to see 100 million new souls in Europe. Tim & Sue have two adult daughters – Holly & Harriett. Their passion is to see people set free, have transformed mindsets, and see transformation in their Cities and Nations.
