So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
Ephesians 4:11
In order to serve the body of the Christ, the Council will provide briefing documents or online articles to accompany published words. These briefing documents will be sent to intercessory groups and apostolic groups.
Of course, we do not seek to be some sort of ‘elite trumpets’! We are not the only people who hear from God! Rather, our heart’s desire is to serve the body of Christ by laying down our prophetic insights at the feet of others, so that our prophesies might begin to architect hope in the lives of others.
The BICP leadership will be proactive in relating to apostles and apostolic councils so that these foundational fivefold graces can better partner to build the church.
